• Make sure your app and iOS are updated to the latest version.
• If the app crashes or freezes, try restarting your device and reopening the app.
• Check your app permissions under Settings > Privacy & Security.
• For iCloud-related issues, verify that iCloud Backup is enabled in your device settings.
• If problems persist, please contact us using the email below with your app name, device model, and iOS version.

3. App-specific Help

MeowSnap

• Cannot save photo: Ensure Camera and Photo Library permissions are granted.
• Location not showing: Check if Location access is set to “While Using the App”.
• Missing photos after reinstall: Only photos stored locally or backed up via iCloud are recoverable.
