My previous longest run was 6 km, so the plan was simple: run 7 km.
Recently, I changed my running form after watching several YouTube videos, and the run felt noticeably easier than before.
As I kept going, I realized I still had plenty left. Instead of stopping at 7 km, I decided to keep running and eventually reached 10 km for the first time.
Crossing the 10 km mark felt surprisingly emotional. Just a few months ago, I was struggling with injuries and wondering if I could keep running consistently at all.
It’s a small milestone in the bigger picture, but I was genuinely happy to reach it.
