My body felt a little heavy at the start.
The first two laps in the park were quite tough.
My right calf felt a little tight, so I was careful. I stretched and walked when needed.
Later, a serious runner came to the park. I watched his running style and tried to follow it.
After five or six laps, I started to feel much better.
In the end, I completed 16 laps.
I still felt like I could run more, so I added some distance after leaving the park and reached 13 km.
My calf feels fine so far.
It was tiring, but I think 15 km is possible.
