Running Log

Today was harder than my last run.

There was a serious running group in the park, and I ended up following their pace.

My ankles felt heavy today.

I should have stopped following them.

There was a light drizzle, and the road was wet.

I walked on some hills today.

Still, I’m happy that I finished the run.
